1. The service

Canto del Nabo is web software for running karaoke events: tables, QR requests, song queue, rotation and playback. It is not a video host and it is not our own song catalog.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account confidential and for activity under it. You must provide accurate information when you register.

3. YouTube content

Karaoke videos play in the official YouTube player. YouTube provides that content. Canto del Nabo does not upload, host or modify the videos.

By using auto-search or playback, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Availability, embed restrictions or regional blocks depend on YouTube and the video owner, not on Canto del Nabo.

The organizer is responsible for lawful use at the venue (public performance licenses, house rules, and so on).

4. Plans and payments

Subscription plans and event purchases are charged through Stripe. Prices shown on the site may change. Any refund policy, if applicable, is stated at checkout or by email.

5. Availability

The service is provided “as is”. Outages may occur due to network, YouTube, payments or infrastructure. The organizer should have a backup plan for a live event.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Canto del Nabo is not liable for lost profits, data loss or indirect damages from using or being unable to use the service, including a missing karaoke video or an interruption during an event.

7. Governing law
